Introducing a 4.5-Day Work Week for Our Gore Team
We have some exciting news for our Gore team—and it benefits employees and clients alike!
Merging Malloch McClean with RBS Gore has been an ongoing project as we’ve aimed to integrate systems and move clients across seamlessly. That has required the full 5-day work week from our dedicated people.
Now the time has come to implement in Gore what has worked so well for the Invercargill team: a 4.5-day work week, with everyone finishing at 12:30 pm on Fridays, starting November 24th. This allows our hardworking team members more time to spend with their loved ones and pursue their interests outside of work.
It’s our passion to make businesses better, including our own. Research has shown that teams working 4.5-day weeks are happier, more engaged, and more productive. The Invercargill team has been working this way for a year now, so we know that the slightly shorter work week provides the chance to create better work/life balance whilst maintaining the top-quality service you expect.
