For any successful business including farming, succession planning is a critical process that is often overlooked. In fact, research tells us just 15% of baby boomer business owners have a succession plan in place, despite many looking to retire in the short term.
 
Because of this, we want to make sure that more business owners know the importance of succession planning which is why our business development manager, Blair Evans will be hosting a FREE workshop on the topic. Blair (also a farm owner), has had experience developing and implementing succession plans and will share his learnings after many years of helping clients extract themselves from the ownership and day-to-day of their business.
