Blair joined Malloch McClean in 2018 from a 22 year long career in rural banking including roles of Rural Manager, Regional Manager and holding a National Coaching role and was named ASB Leader of the Year in 2017. Blair specialises in Agri-Business, Business Mentoring, Strategic planning and Succession Planning.
